Am just beginning to put this crazy jigsaw puzzle together.
We are looking to have my daughter (12) assessed privately.
One clinic which I spoke to said that only a diagnosis from a CQC registered clinic can be used to apply for an EHCP. Another clinic I spoke to said that was rubbish and it just needs to be multi-disciplinary and following NICE guidelines procedures to be used.
Anyone know who is right?!!!
It is a huge amount of money to get her assessed and I want to be able to use that for an EHCP if we need to!!!!
