Hello, I have loved courses learning about my SEND child but are there Preparing for Adulthood ones please?
County just don't or wont help with this other than providing a report based around college options. My mum died of cancer 51, I am 52 and recently two friends buried one on Friday and another died on Monday aged 53 and 55. So I am just making sure everything is prepared before I pop me clogs!
So overwhelmed: What Post 16 support is there or books you can recommend. Thank-you so much
