Visual timer recommendations

My DS9 has suspected ADHD and we are exploring options for assessment.
I've heard that a visual timer for things like turning off screen time and other transitions could be useful, certainly ending screen time is a huge trigger point for meltdowns. Can anyone suggest a timer that's been useful please? I know I can Google but I suspect I too have ADHD and get quite overwhelmed with choices and decisions

Evening, OP. We were just passing and thought we'd bump this for you to see if anyone's about tonight who might have a recommendation for you.

Mainly bumping incase some one has a better answer. We used a large egg timer when our asd son was 3/4 which worked quite well, now he's obsessed with time so we set timers on the Google for when things start/end

We used to use the timer on the cooker. Grin

"When the beeper goes you have to get ready for bed/come off the computer/put your coat on/whatever"

It worked.
