Hi, apologies as I know this question has probably been asked many times but if anyone can help it would be really appreciated.
My son is 8. He has an EHCP as he has sensory processing disorder, suspected ADHD and dyspraxia. He is on the waiting list to be formally assessed for ADHD but I have been told it will be a long wait. He sees a paediatric consultant every 6 months.
He is really struggling at the moment and I feel desperately sorry for him. Please does anyone have any recommendations for private assessment (ADHD) for this area. And a rough guide to costs/prescription prices? And any experience of a private diagnosis been later accepted for the NHS to take over? Thank you, hope all that makes sense!
