Hi I've had a Sendist appeal hearing and was bullied by the Judge so much I cried three times and was ignored as was my advocate. She rolled her eyes up at us both during the virtual meeting. This is on a background of an LA who probably advised their EP on what to write his report and then with me forced to commission my own EP which wasnt contradictory to all the evidence already available. That LA EP got scared about his tribunal appearance and then made a complaint about my EP and also complained about my Paediatrician to help divert this BFI that got adjourned as the Judge didn't want to get involved and hear evidence , despite two previous orders that she stated it needed to go ahead in the interests of justice. This Judge advised she can disregard previous orders. I've lost money and sleepless nights and my daughter will now come to harm with another mainstream transition. The LAEP advised my daughter with ASD , ADHD and SPD doesn't need a EHCP, full time 121 and in fact doesn't have a disability but a condition. He also chose not to wear a mask and spat on her and put this on his report. A contradiction to what was advised by five other reports and the annual review that my daughter with a full-time 121 and Ehcp who doesn't cope in a class of 30 was deemed to need special school at the review. The LA were irrational if not vindictive at one conceding on a 95 percent agreed working document and consent order when my daughter got her ASD diagnosis and then changing their mind with two weeks to go hoping that I had released my witness for the tribunal. They had been threatened with barring on a number of orders topped of by this Judge who apparently hates justice, parents and took a dislike to me from the start. I'm an ethnic minority apparently more likely to be bullied by family law Judges according to the Law Gazette 2018 article not sure if it's the same for Educational cases also?
