Hi, I've recently started a TA role in a special school where I am covering various classes. I have been given a performance management task, but I have never done one before and have no clue how and what evidence I need to gather for it. I do plan on discussing with SLT, I just wondered if anyone had any advice they could give for getting started. I have about 3 weeks before PM meetings are taking place. (The task is regarding challenging students, showing evidence of questioning and communication).
