I wondered if anyone had recommendations for a private paediatrician in the Birmingham area. He son has recently been given an Early Help referral via nursery for a language delay (with a few other behaviours thrown in that may or may not be something more!) that includes a referral to a community paediatrician.
Has anyone recently gone private to get their DC screened for ASD and/or other developmental delays and anyone you can recommend? Going via nursery has already proven very slow and while I appreciate why NHS services are totally over-stretched, I don't want to burn up valuable time while my son is still young. I'm hoping going private will shorten the wait!
