Can anyone help advise? I am submitting my appeal against sections B and F this week. The LA have produced their own SALT report to counter my independent one which I now have a copy of from the NHS. It says my autistic son has normal speech and needs no support which is a complete lie, then it goes on to say he is known to the neuro team and they will provide recommendations on how to support his speech and communication in the education setting.
I am unsure whether to refute their report in my grounds of appeal or just wait until they submit their report first and respond after? If I comment on their report in my grounds of appeal then will I also have to submit their report as part of my appeal so effectively submitting evidence against myself?
