Class gender ratio

For the last 2 years my daughter(almost 15) has been the only girl in her class and I've just been informed that she's in the same class next year, which means that for her final year in high school, and 3rd yr in a row, she will yet again be the only girl.
Just because these boys have special needs, doesn't mean they don't have hormones, urges ect.. and I'm extremely uncomfortable with my daughter being the only girl around.
When I brought this up with her teacher, she didn't get it and asked me why I thought it was unfair.
It really pisses me off and upsets me, am I being unreasonable?
Are there no rules do do with this sort of thing in schools?

Is this a special school?

What is it you actually want them to do?

Yes it's a specialist school, and what I want is for my daughter to be able to socialise with girls her age at school.

Are there other girls functioning at a similar level in other classes she could realistically be taught in?
