Securing 1-1 provision on EHCP

My DD is 5 and currently school provide full time 1-1. We had a recent agreement to assess for her EHCP. I'm really nervous this 1-1 provision won't be secured.

Is there any advice on when 1-1 full time provision is designated?

Provision in the EHCP will be taken from the assessments, so they need to state full time 1:1.

The reports need to be specific and quantified otherwise the provision in the EHCP won't be.
