I have worked with children who have additional needs for many years 1:1 in state education. Mainly autistic but also additional needs so I have a lot of experience. Prior to this I worked for social services.
For the past year I have work along side an ABA tutor and I'm thinking of retraining so I can become an ABA tutor.
Firstly can anyone tell the best courses to do and also how do I go about getting work. Do I need an agent? I live in Essex.
Also if there's any parents on here that employ an ABA tutor what are your experiences of this kind of tutoring?
