What to ask SENCO?

I have my first meeting with the SENCO at DD's primary school this week following her dyslexia diagnosis. I'm making a note of
things I want to ask but just wondering if anyone has any advice regarding questions to ask/info to find out?

What support strategies school are putting in place?
Extra time for tests?
Whether laptop use may help?
What you could do at home to help?
When is the next review point?
