Support in SATS

Our DS has an EHCP. His writing is illegible, he has ADHD and processing difficulties. In class he types, uses a scribe, records himself and occasionally writes. We have been told that he will have extra time in his SATS but his teacher seems unclear as to whether he will be able to have any other support. We aren’t bothered about results but since he is doing them he may as well do them to the best of his ability. Also we want to consider his needs for future exams. Do any of you have any experience?
Thank you.

He should get whatever is the norm in class. So if he normally types or has a scribe he should have these in any tests plus extra time if deemed necessary.

Look at Access Arrangements in this document.

My daughter will be in a separate room to allow fidgeting and movement breaks. She will also have a reader except for the one paper that it's not allowed on
