Autistic Girl - EHCP

My daughter is 14 years old and has been attending main stream education. She has dyslexia and e recently found out she has autistic traits as she's struggling in school because of sensory issues eg school and class too noisy, shes being bullied etc and shes been self harming. Shes on a part-time timetable. The local NHS have refused to do an autism test although they admit she has autistic traits and that she is high functioning. They agree special and main stream schools in my local authority will not meet her needs. Can anyone recommend any independent mixed or girls schools in North London, central London or the surrounding counties that have SEN provision. Has anyone had experience or been successful and received funding for home schooling? I have been advised not to volunteer to home school. I have learning needs myself and I dont have the skills or the funds. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I'm fairly new to this to but try your local SENDIAS - have a google , or IPSEA who will be able to give some advice . My understanding is that you can apply for an EHCP ( care plan ) yourself without a diagnosis and appeal on grounds that your DD health learning and emotional needs are not being met .

I don't think this can be used for voluntarily home schooling
