Hi all, I sent off my son's DLA application 4 weeks ago, and today the person who filled in the question about someone who knows the child had a phone call from them to ask if she had filled in the form for me? I'm baffled as to why they'd ask this? Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks for any advice
