Where to live in Surrey...?

Hi there,
We are looking to move to Surrey from North London and will have a rough budget of £400k.
Will need to look for a special and mainstream primary for my DS and DD.

I just wondered if anyone had an recommended areas and schools they might be able to suggest.
Thinking it may be easier to rent for a year first until kids are settled and we've got to know the areas better before buying...

You may be better just over the border in W Sussex or Hampshire with 400k budget - def get more space for your money. Liphook, Hants has great primary and secondary schools and there’s a great special school called Hollywater I’m Bordon around 10 mins drive away. Midhurst is also a bigger town in W Sussex with good schools and around 15 mins drive from Hollywater School.
