Evening, All -

In case some haven't yet heard about this, I thought I'd share it with you. We are a parent led group, started just over a year ago, who are campaigning for change to the current SEND system, which we know is failing so many of our children and young people. A friend and I are coordinating the Bucks march and would love to get as many people as possible to join us and/or participate in planning if you are able.

Hi there...it seems a little redundant to post another message after the above, but that's what it's asking me to do before I post.

Thinking about it, I could add that our kids don't have yet another year while the Government and LAs faff about, fob us off and cut funding. According to Special Needs Jungle, LAs can spend millions of quid at Tribunals to avoid spending money on SEND support. Nothing will change unless we all stand up together. The time to act is now.

Please do follow us on Facebook and Twitter. There's also a petition which I can't seem to post here, but it is on Change.org and is called "Rights and Equality for Young People with Additional Needs in Education."

Is there a Manchester March, and if so when?

We are going to attend the Leamington Spa event to protest at the way our children are being failed by the SEN system in this country.
