Speech and Language therapy in schools

Hi there, I am trying to collect some opinions and experiences on people working with speech and language therapists for my dissertation. I've attached a survey if any teachers or people who work within education would be kind enough to take a quick look at, it would be so appreciated!

But from a mums point of view, any experiences any one else would like to share I would love to hear and take on board? I am hoping my research can raise some issues that need discussing.

I'm afraid I abandoned it part way through as the answer to so many of the questions depends on the individual child, the individual EHCP, etc.

Also, in terms of the support from SaLT - of course there isn't enough SaLT, but I do feel that the SaLT support is very well done, givne the circumstances. I am also aware (both when I was working in mainstream school and now that I work across Early Years settings) that SaLTs time is really limited due to caseload and waiting lists, but that, if you are prepared to work with them, they can offer great support and advice, but that there are far too many educational establishments that don't prioritise the time to work on the the strategies with the dc involved.
It is difficult to be able to answer quite a few of the questions as I'm not sure if you want to stand and shout that of course there are nowhere near enough SaLTs, or if you want me to acknowledge that, given the constraints they are working under whether they are able to offer useful support (to which my answer is also yes).
