Hi, our ds is in the process of being diagnosed with fasd.
We have evidence bm drank throughout pregnancy. He is also giving enough signs for fasd eg he has traits of adhd and autism but not "enough" he has issues with sleeping is hyperactive, can't deal with emotions has massive meltdowns and obsessions.
Paediatrician wants him to have a chromosomal abnormalities bloodtests which were going for on Friday.
My questions I would appreciate help with are:
Has anyone had this test done on their child and found they do have a chromosomal abnormality when there have been no obvious signs?
Has anyone's child been through all the testing and discovered they don't have fasd?
If so to either how was it dealt with.

I know there is something different about my son I've known for years. It's been a massive battle to get this far because he's so compliant at school.
I think I'm scared we'll get through the really long process and they'll say nothing is wrong
