We are amidst a tribunal for a sen school. It's very much needed for my son, and this in our view is the only school that can meet his needs.
They are using inefficient use of Finance against us and the impact of others in that placement! (It's full, and cost the la £10000 for every extra pupil) they are all full here because they don't build any new ones!!!
I'm looking for legislation to use against them. Surely the school should take reasonable steps to include a pupil???
They have explained a past story where they added a pupil a table and a chair they re arranged the classroom and 3 children cried for 2 days and one become a school refuser. No proof only their story....
How do I start to fight this please?
