Paying for own assessment

Hi all

I'm new to this topic but I have asked the school to assess my DD (7) for dyslexia/dysgraphia. If they don't support this I believe I can pay for my own but does anyone know where I can do this? Google isn't turning up anything helpful unless I'm searching for the wrong terminology.

Try the Dyslexia Association.

For Dylexia you would need an Educational Paychologist assessment and for Dyspraxia an occupational therapy assessment.
