Increasing anxiety watching second child's behaviour

My son was diagnosed with autism a few months ago. Since then I have become OBSESSED watching my 1 year old's behaviour. I'm convincing myself that he is autistic too. Is this normal to become so obsessed? I feel so anxious around him, because for example, if he doesn't respond to his name or plays too long with a certain toy I have so many anxious thoughts. Has anyone else felt like this?

Yup, pretty normal I think. Its easier said than done but try and relax, staring at him won’t make it go away if he does have it. I found the same happened when ours got diagnosed with severe lang disorder, except I kept analysing other children’s language skills compared to their age and would even comment on it. You may find yourself looking at other kids in that light too, I think it’s the normal way of things in these situations and it does go with time to a certain extent
