Developmental Language Disorder

My daughter has just been diagnosed with this-7 years old-about 1/2 years behind in language. Just wondered if there are any useful resources I could use to help her at home. Managing in primary classroom but not quite meeting expectation and slow to pick up new vocbulary / grammar in sentences usually incorrect. Wait on nhs is very long and private very expensive! Any positive experiences too? my dd is very distressed about school at the moment
