Help! Overseas... ADHD, dyspraxia, Tourettes

I’ll try to keep this brief! DS (10) has just received multiple diagnoses, I’ve had to push for this because the school hasn’t been concerned thus far. He’s in year 4 and has great difficulty with handwriting and other fine motor skills (dyspraxia). He’s also been diagnosed with inattentive ADHD, his processing speed is on the 6th centile, working memory and executive functioning are similarly bad. His verbal comprehension scores had him in the “gifted” category. All very confusing.

I don’t want to go down the Ritalin route at this stage, and the paediatrician was supportive but said we may want to revisit the decision when DS is in senior school.

We are overseas and from what I can gather there is very limited in-school support here, so I’m flying solo as it were. We are doing private OT sessions to help with handwriting and strategies for planning written passages (DS really struggles with this). What else can I do to help him? There is so much conflicting information online, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed.
