My 7 year old is a struggling reader. We are awaiting an appointment for a dyslexia assessment.
Does anyone have any suggestions of fun but fairly easy texts that might help her enjoy trying to read more? School are sending her home with books clearly aimed at toddlers which she finds boring. Or are there any comics? Her brother enjoyed Beano but she's not interested.
