I'm a primary school senco but also have a year 4 class. I have one day per week senco time which is for all meetings, assessments and work with children aside from what is fitted in after school. I find it tough to manage everything and am wondering if this is typical in your experiences of your school senco- how accessible are they and if they are teaching do you manage to get the help you need quickly?
