I'm looking for a senior school for my daughter in the SW London, North Surrey areas. Want to look at both State and Independent - but really need small class sizes. She has severe ADHD, not badly behaved at all but needs someone to help her develop focus and learning strategies and to understand that children learn in different ways. She needs some consistency and to be engaged and encouraged - not inconsistent teaching and being ignored and berated by her teachers. We are just starting down the EHCP route.

I'd love to hear others thoughts and experiences.

Bump because i’m curious too. Son with ADHD. He has an EHCP and 1:1 every morning but he needs someone to actually engage him in education not just someone chivvying him along. I’ve heard Canbury mentioned here and also Centre Academy.

Sashton I just started another thread to try and glean more info but I wondered if you had seen or heard of any other good school?

Also have a son with Adhd and he struggles to stay focused in class. Very bright but he won’t learn unless he is engaged. Looking for schools in Surrey ? Any thoughts ?
