Any advice welcome 😁
My 15 yr old with Global Delay, mild learning disability and anxiety has been refused an EHC assessment three times on basis that school should adequately be able to help( which they dont) she has just been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and I wondered if this would help her case for an assessment?

Yes, it would. But it sounds as if you have a very good case anyway. The criteria for assessment are whether your child may have SEN, and whether she may need help through an EHCP. I'd suggest you reapplty now and, if they refuse, don't hesitate to appeal. This type of appeal is now normally dealt with on the papers without a hearing, so it's relatively easy to do.
