Am just trying to write my parental advice bit for statment and was wondering if anyone had one i could look at please?

bonkerz,
have you not been given the official form to fill in? as this has suggested headings on it.
You do not have to use the official form but can complete it on the computer(so that you have it for future reference)
will just open my word stuff and copy and paste some headings for you...

1. Have you any comments about your child?s current IEP?
2. Do you feel your child has made progress as a result of the IEP?
3. What area of need do you feel your child still has?
4. Do you have any thoughts on the way these should be met?
5. Please add any other observations you feel will be of help to us in meeting your child?s needs

any issues of health and safety need documenting(if applicable)

sorry that's all i can think of atm(not 100% atm- first time on the computer for days)
