My son has just been Permanently excluded. Can anyone recommend a special school or mainstream with a special unit, that has high expectations of their SEN children?
My son is a perfectionist and was on track for As until all the exclusions. His anxiety increases when he thinks he is not achieving. The only schools I have found seem to have quite low expectations, don't offer a full GCSE program and focus more on vocational qualifiations. The kids are also disengaged from education, which is not the case with my son. He has a EHCP.

Is moving an option or are you tied to London? I'd have though your current challenge would be finding a school with spaces?
