Finding a tutor for dyslexia

DS is very nearly 10 and is dyslexic. He struggles with hand writing, school are persisting with this but he's doing some work on a laptop. He can spell individual words for spelling tests but can't do it in his written work. His maths seems OK just lacks confidence. Reading and comprehension are also OK. Verbally he's great. Poor working memory and struggles with multiple instructions. I want to get him a tutor but it seems to be harder than you would think.

What qualifications should I expect them to have? Anything else I should look for?
