Can anyone help please. Am going to appeal for refusal to assess. I need to send in the attendance form and another form to sending and LA and one of the questions on the tribunal form asks has all documentation been send to tribunal and LA. Do I have to send every report and evidence from school etc I have sent to LA with my request to assess to the tribunal as well or do the LA do this when they send the 'bundle?' thanks. All so confusing
