DD has ASD, anxiety and depression - can she do A Levels at home?

Despite missing an awful lot of school she has managed to do well in her GCSES. She spends the majority of her life shut away and is emphatic that she CAN NOT go to college or sixth form.

Does anyone have any experience or advice regarding doing A levels at home ?

Have a look at the Open University. They have a wide range of courses and qualifications, ranging from certificates, to diplomas to degrees. Some courses and will require work experience, going out for exams, tutorials etc. I did a health science degree through them, I didn't go to the tutor group sessions in person (mostly due to having just had a baby and no babysitter), but it didn't affect my learning. They had online tutorials too. So most of it was from home.

My partner trained as a nurse via the Open Uni, he did most of the academic work from home, and the work side of it at his actual work place (a&e) and the placements assigned to him.

Not sure where your daughter could do a levels from home, but definitely cheknout the OU. They may even be able to suggest other places and options for her.
