West London area private schools for teen with Aspergers

My son is in year 9 in an independent school. He has aspergers and is struggling really badly at school socially (academically he's fine). He has literally no friends, gets bullied constantly and cannot cope with the noise and crowds. I need to move him to a more suitable school, one that caters for aspergers/high functioning autism. Any suggestions of where I could send him?

Abingdon House and Fairleigh House.

Thank you sh77, I'll check them out.

Is Kingston reachable? You could try Blossom House.

Centre Academy in Battersea is excellent for HFA. Children come from all over London to it.

I would suggest you Have a look at More House in Frensham. It is an outstanding school.

Day Boys come by train to Farnham where the coach picks them up. There is also weekly boarding.

Thanks for all these suggestions! Abingdon House seems promising sh77, I spoke with them earlier today. Kingston is possible Augusta, I'll have a look now.
