Some background - last year I was diagnosed with dyslexia. I have completed a degree and a masters without this diagnosis. But was always told I didn't try hard enough.
My brother was diagnosed in primary school.
Dd is in reception. Showed no interest in numbers or letter before starting school. She has started really well.
But she seems to be struggling with processing for writing (this is what highlighted my issues). She confuses b and d (common for her age I expect). With help she can write. But left to her own devices she just cannot do it. It's making her anxious and she has started to say she doesn't want to go.
I want some advice on how to start a conversation with the school about it?
