I am struggling to persuade my DS to apply to Uni's in our home city - he is adamant that he wants to study away from home. He has Dyspraxia and possible AS and has struggled in sixth form with just a few friends and I think the leap to living away from home is going to be too much. He is also unwilling to go down the disability route and doesn't want that label but both school and I think that is the way to go. Help!
