changing the school named on the statement

I want to move my DD's school
She is in a mainstream primary with a whole time statement and I want to move her to an enhanced mainstream
School are supporting my decision
I have asked for an interim review of the statement and have made an appointment to meet the HT of the school I would like
There will be travel implications

Can anyone advise if I am likely to be successful or if there is anything else I should be doing. I could ask paediatrician to write a supporting letter if it would help

Change of placement has been quite complex in all the LAs I have worked in. IME the school would need to call a full Emergency Annual Review and call in multi-professional advice for that to support (or not) ticking the 'change of placement' box. It would then have to go to SEN Panel and they would make the decision, including about transport.
