Neurofeedback ADHD

Anyone tried Neurofeedback for ADHD. Just looking online at a clinic in Swansea, their testimonials make some large claims.

Just wanted to hear about it from a less biased source.

Beam be very careful of testimonials … you don't if they are real. My son has ADHD and tbh, I wouldn't waste my money. No personal experience of Neurofeedback though.

We tried it with our ds, and although it was not a miracle we have seen some improvements with his concentration and memory. It's not medication, so it isn't instance, but over the course we have had subtle improvements. Overall, I am pleased as we are managing much better and do is the school, so we have not rushed into medication which felt like our only choice a year ago.

Where did you go for it Clare, and are there different types? (understand if you don't want to be specific about location though)
