Received my sons promised statement. He has just been diagnosed with ASD. I am confused and worried that it is vague. I expected it to state how regularly he would be seen by a speech therapist, if he would have a dedicated INA etc .. Can anyone help with some advise? I don't want to make any mistakes at this stage. How do I know from the statement what level of support is guaranteed? How do I ensure I get the specifics right? Thanks.

You're right, it shouldn't be vague. I suggest phoning the SOS SEN or IPSEA helplines.
