Can anyone tell me if there is a particular person responsible in school for preparing/chairing/writing up report of the SEN annual review.

Are there any legal obligations for it to be a particular person e.g SENCO etc

dont know sorry but google sen code of practise and download it or read it and it should tell you. i would have guessed at it being the HEad or SENCO
