IPSEA and SOSSEN

I know you have to contact them by telephone first, but after you have spoken to them do they give you an email address on which you can contact them as well?

Oh and how do you choose who to go with? Are one better than the other at certain things?

I was given an e mail address by the person who was helping me. It was necessary really so that she could look at documents, reports etc. It also meant she could look at things when she had time and then call me to discuss later. I used IPSEA. They were great. I've also heard good things about SOSSEN
