why cant i get help with transport for my son,he statmented but because i didnt want to send him to their schools (bulling)they will pay for transport in havering but not half way to epping the same.who do i ask next. appealed spoke to MP lost for words.Klinefliters and G.O.S.H have writen to them, GO TO COURT

You need to speak to IPSEA or SOS SEN. What does it say on Pt 4 of his statement? They can justify not paying for transport if there is a nearer suitable school but parents choose to send the child to another school, but both schools need to be named on the statement and the travel arrangements need to be noted on there.
