Sendist Tribunal Question

I represented myself at the tribunal very recently...and the judge said i had to jump through several hurdles and may fall at any stage.

eg.
did my son have a disability
did the school know about it
were reasonable adjustments put in place
etc.

He was expelled due to behaviour arising from his aspergers.

Does anyone know ....if I had fallen at the first hurdle or second would the tribunal have ended there and then....as no point in continuing to the other points

I did get to the end but I am not sure how this works exactly. I have to wait 10 days for a decision but I am thinking perhaps it is more promising if I actually got to point 6 or do they continue even if they do think you have failed on earlier points raised.

Does anyone know.
Thanks
