Hi everyone,

This might sound a bit heavy, but it’s something I know a lot of us quietly worry about, especially parents or anyone who ends up organising most of the family or work admin.

If something unexpected happened to you, would anyone actually know where to find the important stuff?
Things like passwords, key contacts, your children’s routines, work projects, bank details, or what to do with certain accounts or bills?

I’m exploring an idea: a simple, secure way to organise your essential information and instructions, so the right people can access them if you’re ever unavailable.
Not just for end-of-life situations, but for peace of mind whether you’re unwell, travelling, or just want to know things are sorted.

Would something like this be useful to you?
What kind of information would you want included (children, work, bills, digital accounts, personal messages)?

And do you think you’d actually use something like this?

Really keen to hear your honest thoughts. I’m just testing the idea for now.

Sounds like a hackers dream.

I looked into this, there are templates you can download for absolutely nothing. And I assume existing digital solutions too.

This sounds like some software my Dad created maybe 10 years ago. It was wildly unpopular at the time and although it sounds solid in theory still, I still can't imagine many people using it if it was still around now.

Sounds like a hackers dream.

This made me cackle because I secretly thought this.
