We own flat in a block of 3, all 3 flat owners own the freehold company for management. Very little management involved and we take turns filing dormant company accounts and confirmation statement, register changes.
Rarely, one flat was sold about 6 months ago but somehow the new owner has not been registered at companies house as a director and PSC.
I believe that this should have been done within 14 days of the event. Can these Cos Hse changes be made now? Are penalties likely?

Penalty is not likely - I work for a business with about 50 registered companies and we late file director appointments now and then. We've never been fined although I know it's theoretically possible. I have no idea what the trigger is. Late accounts seems to trigger a fine though.

Thanks @Kuretake. I'm not so concerned about directors but am about PSCs. I'm going to try to log in to update the PSC but I think I may be stuck as the event date is more than 14 days ago as legally required.
