Is it easy? Can you make money from it? I've seen a dew things on Instagram about this, but no idea where or how to start.

In order to do it successfully you need the following:
Products no one else is selling, otherwise it's a race to the bottom for who can make the least profit, but still make a profit.
A reputable supplier, you are reliant on them to do what they say they will.
A place to sell the products that has regular traffic.

Yes, I've been dropshipping since last year. I bought the business and basically upscaled it and now it's making over $2k a month. It's the best investment I've made and it definitely beats the long hard slog of starting one up from scratch.

Depends on where you are, North America tends to have more wholesalers and manufacturers who are happy to do this where as there are some in the UK but not many that are massively reliable for stock or service.

Having said that it can be viable if you have a niche and are great at marketing because that's what makes or breaks any business conducted online. @DelilahBucket advice is great.

If you want to set up properly you will need to know the online/distance selling regulations for the regions/countries you want to sell in and the regulations of the country you are in too. Also one thing that really stings in the UK is insurance, if you are importing from China and or selling in North America expect a big insurance price.
