Asking for a friend who has own lrd company and has become ill over last three months and will be a long term situation. Can they get a sick note and claim ssp? How long for and can the claim UC?

Have they got critical illness cover? Sounds like that may be a path open to them. Unsure about UC.

So yes it can be claimed but it will be paid by her company
