Hospitality business owners, how does it all work?

Hiya! I'm crap with titles!

I am in dire need of some help because I don't know where to start. Does anyone know someone who owns a restaurant/pub (or some sort of hospitality) but outsources the catering and might be willing to shed some light on how it all works?

What questions do you have? I have a space that has 2 businesses in it, both independently owned outside of the venue, so should be able to help!
