Has anyone had any experience of this or any advice to offer? I started my business in 2014, from then to now its been a completely exhausting slog. All the blood sweat and tears you can possibly imagine. Over the past few years, it's been very successful and fortunately I've been able to employ some staff. In this time, we have substantial grown in ways I couldn't have imagined when I first started. However, I'm now struggling to give up all of the control, delegate well, trust my senior staff and I guess move beyond the years when it was just me, doing my own thing. I have worked very very hard to give up lots of the control over the past few months and my family have said things like, it's like getting you back, your so much more present, etc. Quite honestly, I feel I can enjoy my life more and have much more freedom to enjoy my children and appreciate the small things. Why does a huge part of me feel like I need to remain in control of everything with my business, its keep me up at night!
