Selling hot sauce at farmers markets

I'm thinking of making and selling Jalapeno hot sauce at local farmers markets.

I need to look in to the food safety requirements etc (EU not UK) but need to come up with a name and also mull over any other considerations, if anyone would like to help me out?

Also, what's a good site to make and download a logo for free please?

Have you see. A recent episode of Gordon Ramsey’s Future Food Stars on BBC? Episode 5 of recent series had someone making a hot sauce and had a few tips that might be of use with naming it.
